Team members regularly partake in our services, so that they may better communicate the experience and results with customers. The Position We’re looking for a part-time Patient Coordinator to primarily perform two functions: the first is to assist the cosmetic injector with charting and preparation, while guiding the clients through an amazing experience. The second function is to directly assist the manager in an administrative capacity. Interested parties should be highly customer service-oriented, gracious, hardworking, team-oriented and confident communicators. They will also help ensure that the environment is clean, tidy, welcoming, and efficient. This position is accountable for the appropriate and efficient booking of appointments as well as all of the client paperwork and/or charts. The position requires the person to be knowledgeable and to communicate our brand of services and products at a high level. This position assists the manager with daily operations such as administration, and scheduling. This position is also responsible for the business in the absence of the manager and is required to address any staff issues that may arise in the moment. Responsibilities:

The PositionWe’re looking for a full-time Spa Coordinator / Assistant Manager to primarily perform two functions: the first is as a Spa Coordinator to promote the services and products of Beauty Marx, while guiding the clients through an amazing experience. The second function is to directly assist the owner/manager in an administrative and supervisory capacity. Interested parties should be highly customer service-oriented, gracious, hardworking, team-oriented and confident communicators. This position is the first line of contact for problems/issues for clients alongside the owner/manager - ensuring that the environment is clean, tidy, welcoming, and efficient. This position is accountable for the appropriate and efficient booking of appointments as well as all of the client paperwork and/or charts. The position requires the person to be knowledgeable and to communicate our brand of services and products on an expert level. This position will lead the growing coordinator and concierge team in expert example and assists the owner/manager with daily operations such as administration, hiring, scheduling, and training. This position is also responsible for the business in the absence of the owner/manager and is required to also manage any staff issues that arise in the moment.

Beauty Marx is hiring a full-time Eyelash Extensions Stylist & Permanent Makeup / Microblading Artist at our Doylestown Medical Spa, to start immediately.
The Position
We’re looking for a full-time time stylist to primarily perform Eyelash Extensions and Permanent Makeup procedures including Microblading but also other services such as lash & brow tinting, waxing and occasional medical assisting. Interested parties should be highly customer service-oriented, artistic, dextrous, team-oriented and confident communicators. In addition to providing services, candidate will also be responsible for consultative product sales and educating customers on all of the services that Beauty Marx provides. All products, consumables & tools necessary to perform daily work are provided.
